A lyrical love story featuring two lonely policemen in Hong Kong, set against the backdrop of the 1997 handover to China. Shot with innovative cinematography by Christopher Doyle. Part of "Contact Zones: Cinema of Globalization, 1989–2024" Fall 2026 Lecture Series. Lecture by Professor Daniel R. Quiles followed by open discussion. Film presented in collaboration with the School of the Art Institute of Chicago's Department of Art History, Theory, and Criticism.
