A history-making world release of a groundbreaking, award-winning film that serves a greater purpose than simply entertainment. Written, produced by, and starring filmmaker, Hannah Bonecutter, World of Diamonds (WOD) short film examines worldwide inequities and disparities sparked by the 2020 pandemic with electrifying energy, breathtaking visuals, and articulate precision, while offering a luminous vision of hope for a better future for all.
Accompanied by an invigorating panel discussion featuring expert leaders in the Chicago community and beyond, this event cultivates a lively, intellect-infused gathering of diverse minds, spirits, and backgrounds that honor art and its ability to change our world.
This event is organized and moderated by Ms. Hannah Bonecutter, a true renaissance woman. Artistically, Hannah is an award-winning filmmaker, actress, model, speaker, and spoken word poet. She is also a public health professional and a Presidential Management Fellow Alumna. As a licensed educator she has taught all subjects, ages, and in multiple countries. She serves as an entrepreneur with her own professional organizing business entitled BoneClutter. Hannah operates as a public speaker and passionate social activist within the community. Hannah states that her mission in life is “to be a light of exposure and inspiration.”

Special host of this show is Mr. Joshua Easter, who serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of A Greater Good Foundation nonprofit organization and as the Development Officer at Soaring Eagle Academy. Mr. Easter is a Restorative Justice Practitioner and national youth engagement speaker. More central to his Chicago-based work, Josh is an enthusiastic member of the Chicago Bears Monster Squad.
Finally, a unique appearance by Ms. Bianca Flowers as the official interviewer of this event. Ms. Flowers currently serves as the U.S. Race & Justice Correspondent for Thomson Reuters and Founder of Aura & Earth Enterprises, LLC. Bianca is an award-winning journalist and multimedia professional. She volunteers as the Global Co-Chair for Black Journalists and Allies Network.

World of Diamonds (WOD) is an award-winning short experimental film that has been screened in film festivals around the globe, reaching nearly every continent.
WOD is an artistic experimental piece that sheds light on the vital issues affecting humans worldwide today while offering a new, bright path forward into a far more equitable future. Inspired by the 2020 pandemic, this piece highlights the inequities across our globe beginning with the racial disparities in death rates from the Covid-19 virus and extending far beyond. Rooted in justice, WOD serves not only as a critique of our values, practices, and health as a species, but also as a spring of hope for significant improvements to these areas so that we may all enjoy a better life here on Earth.
