How do I create an account?

Download the app and tap "Sign Up." Register with your email address. Once you verify your email, you'll have full access to your profile and can start exploring events.

How do I list an event?

Sign in to your account and tap the "+" button. Fill out your event details including poster image, date, time, venue, and ticket link. Events are reviewed before going live.

I'm not receiving email notifications. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If emails still aren't arriving, go to Account Settings in the app and confirm your notification preferences are turned on. You can also email us and we'll investigate.

How do I update or delete my event?

Go to your profile, find the event under your listings, and tap Edit. To remove an event entirely, tap Delete. If you're having trouble, email us with the event name and we'll handle it.

How do I report a user or inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or event and select "Report." You can also email us directly with details and we'll review it promptly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need assistance, email us.

Is the app free?

Yes — browsing events and creating a profile are completely free. Some features require a free account to access.
